Junior Coach
Mark joined the junior section in 2007 after his two lads started playing at LSH. Originally from Gloucester he has grown up with Rugby and is a keen supporter of his home town team Gloucester RFC. He has also been known to venture on to the pitch with the 4th team and the odd outing with the 3rd's!

John Foster
Junior Chairman
John joined LSH in 2006 and has been involved in coaching Rugby League and Rugby Union for 5 years. John has a Sports Development Degree and is a qualified Level 2 Coach in both Rugby League and Rugby Union. He was appointed as the Community Rugby Coach for St Helens & Knowsley in March 2008. In addition to his rugby credentials, he also has a badminton coaching badge.

Elaine has taken over the duty of Treasurer from Steve Metcalfe. Her son plays in the Minis. As an accountant Elaine is a great addition to the team.

Trude Houghton
Child Protection Officer
Trude has been involved through her son playing at LSH and is now the CRB officer for the club. Trude attends the Senior Exec meetings, and is their link to the Junior section. The level headed one that ensures the Junior committee know their place.
Becky Armstrong
Girls U12/13
Becky has worked in the PE Dept at Fred Longworth School since 2003. She has just completed a degree in Sports Development and has coaching qualifications in Badminton and Rounders. She is very keen to develop Girls Rugby at LSH. .
