Liverpool St Helens Football Club is easily found. It lies adjacent to the intersection of the A580 (East Lancashire Road) and the A570 (St. Helens - Southport). It is visible from the A580 from both approaches.
The main access is from the A570 (Rainford bypass) via a cut-through to the left on the northbound carriageway, about 50 metres north of the A580 intersection.
On entering the cut-through one takes left again at the junction and then follows the minor road round to the club, passing a single track road to the left. For traffic from the Liverpool direction only, there is access from the A580 via the same single track road, (easily missed, and not recommended) immediately beyond the petrol filling station.
The distances to the club from the centres of St Helens and Liverpool are 2 and 11 miles respectively, and from the M6, 5.5 miles.
